Venue: FRIM/ Jusco/ Desa Park City, Kepong
Before we start the actual shoot, we decide to go for an expedition to avoid any last-minute adjustments on the shooting day. Two of our group members, Pei Lin and Jia Ern, went to some areas in Kepong to check the setting for the trailer. According to our storyline, we needed a rooftop for the suicide scene. Jia Ern suggested that maybe we can film the suicide scene at the parking lot in Jusco, Kepong. However, they found out that the fences are too high, which is not suitable for jumping.

After that, they went to FRIM (a.k.a Forest Research Institute Malaysia), which is located in Kepong as well. Both of them arrived the destination in the morning, and they found out that the lightning condition were beautiful. So, FRIM is considered as one of our setting as it can become a suitable venue for some scenes in our movie trailer.

After that, they went to Desa Park City. Desa Park City is quite similar to FRIM, as it has nature elements as well. We have to pick one as the setting for our scenes. Both of them arrived Desa Park City in the evening, and they found out that the night view was amazing.
As a conclusion, we decided to pick FRIM as our shooting venue because it has a waterfall and forest, which suits our scenes better, while Desa Park City only has a pool. However, we decided to slot in the scenery in Desa Park City in our movie trailer for better visual effects.
